JOB DESCRIPTION 

AG INC. is looking for Sales Associates & Interns to join our team for House of Avashayé boutique. In this role you will be responsible for receiving, delivering, selling, and providing great customer service to our customers as well as any and all duties as assigned under the directions of the Sales Manager. The ideal candidates for this role will possess the following key attributes: 

• Possess full knowledge of products.

• Demonstrate the steps of service in all customer interaction.

• Establish rapport with customer through name recognition.

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers and fellow coworkers.

• Handle telephone calls to assure customers expectations have been met.

• Fold, wrap, bag merchandise.

• Maintain professional standards at all times.

• Communicates opportunities, concern to supervisor.

• Convey a favorable image of the brand/organization by projecting a positive, professional appearance and demeanor to our customers.

• Participate in increasing the percentage of return customers by listening to and fulfilling their needs with a caring and responsive attitude.

• Providing exceptional and efficient customer service when interacting with customers and use effective up-selling techniques.

• Maintain a level of knowledge regarding the company’s products and happenings, and communicates accurately to customers. 

• Understand and utilizes sanitation practices and report anything unsanitary to management. 

• Provides a cooperative attitude to fellow coworkers including employees in all other outlets.

• Answering the phone within three phone rings with a friendly voice using professional telephone techniques and etiquette.

• Meet daily with supervisor to review daily events and items of importance for the day.
